Flo Milli, born **Tamia Monique Carter** on January 9, 2000, in Mobile, Alabama, is an American rapper and songwriter. She rose to prominence with her 2018 single **”Beef FloMix”**, which went viral on TikTok and other social media platforms. The song’s success led to her signing with RCA Records in late 2019.

Her debut mixtape, **”Ho, Why Is You Here?”** (2020), received critical acclaim and was included in Rolling Stone’s list of the Greatest Hip Hop Albums of All Time. Her debut studio album, **”You Still Here, Ho?”** (2022), continued to build her reputation, featuring the gold-certified single **”Conceited”**.

In 2024, Flo Milli released her second studio album, **”Fine Ho, Stay”**, with the lead single **”Never Lose Me”** peaking within the top 20 of the Billboard Hot 100. She has been nominated for several awards, including Best New Artist at the BET Hip Hop Awards and BET Awards.
